Before your first withdrawal — and periodically thereafter based on account activity — er999 may require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a copy of your Pakistani CNIC or passport. Withdrawal requests will be held pending completion of verification. er999 targets a verification review period of no longer than forty-eight (48) hours for submitted documents.
Bonus funds credited to your er999 account are not directly withdrawable. Bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal only after the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. All bets placed on er999 are subject to acceptance by er999's betting system. er999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including where: the bet is placed after the relevant event has commenced (except for designated in-play markets); the odds displayed resulted from a technical error; suspicious betting activity is detected; or the bet exceeds the maximum stake limit for the relevant market.
